Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

• 70% advance payment at order confirmation, remaining 30% within 15 days.
• 2% interest per month on delayed payments.
• 30% of bill becomes non-refundable upon order cancellation.

Warranty Terms

• 1-year complete unit warranty from invoice date.
• 4-year screw element warranty.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Not covered:
  • Water/dust damage
  • Short circuits or electrical surges
  • Non-genuine parts
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Natural disasters
• Warranty void if:
  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications
  • Non-original parts used
  • Improper maintenance

Inspection Upon Delivery

• Inspect immediately upon delivery.
• Report issues within 48 hours in writing.
• No claim accepted after 48 hours.

Service Support Terms

• Emergency service visits may incur charges.
• All AMC and breakdown support require prior booking.

Delivery & Installation

• Delivery as per mutual agreement.
• No liability for transport delays or natural disasters.
• Authorized technician installation required for warranty.
• Goods shipped at buyer’s risk.
• Buyer responsible for insurance & claims during transit.

Parts & Spares

• Use only genuine parts.
• Ready stock available for major spares.
• Spares sold separately unless mentioned in quote.

Returns & Replacements

• No returns after 7 days of delivery.
• Replacements only for manufacturing defects, inspected by service team.
